PARDALIS & NOHAVICKA LLP ASSOCIATE, MICHAEL CHAZOULE, HAS BEEN TAPPED BY THE N.Y.C. ADMINISTRATION FOR CHILDREN'S SERVICES TO ASSUME THE POSITION OF TRIAL COUNSEL EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY.

The Administration for Children's Services protects and promotes the safety and well-being of New York City's children, young people, families, and communities by providing excellent child welfare, juvenile justice, and early care and education services.

The Firm is very proud (but saddened) that Michael will be leaving private practice to serve the public. In a very short period of time since his recent admission, Michael has demonstrated his extraordinary advocacy and compassionate communication skills, including a successful trip up to the Appellate Division, Second Department. Michael is a graduate of St. John’s Law School, one of the nation's premier courtroom advocacy law schools, that prepares lawyers for daily battle in the courts of the State of New York.

Pardalis & Nohavicka acknowledges that Michael's appointment is a logical next-step for him, and will benefit the underserved greatly; nevertheless, all at the Firm will miss him deeply.
