
Lydia Vradi is an experienced attorney with a strong international background in intellectual property law and corporate transactions, with particular expertise in investment transactions, investment advisory, and fundraising.
She is admitted to practice in Greece (2015), California (2017), and New York (2022). Lydia earned her law degree from the University of Athens and holds two LLMs: one in International Commercial Law from City University London and another in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
Lydia has practiced law in Greece, New York, Los Angeles and in the United Kingdom, with extensive experience in both private practice and in-house roles across the payments, investment management, and wealth management sectors, including serving as in-house counsel for publicly listed companies. She advises on complex cross-border transactions, intellectual property strategy, corporate governance matters, bringing a practical understanding of how diverse legal and regulatory frameworks interact across jurisdictions.
