Legal Real Estate Workshop & Networking Happy Hour Featuring Property Shark

Law met the Real Estate industry in full force last night during our monthly legal workshop that took place at WeWork Nomad.

We had over 70 professionals representing 10 different industries in attendance. The evening began with an interactive legal and real estate focused presentation featuring our attorneys that specialize in real estate and the Founder of PropertyShark, Matthew Haines.

The presentation quickly turned into a lively townhall style type of forum that had nearly everyone involved. It was interesting to hear how both the partners of PN Lawyers and The founder of PropertyShark started very humbly in what were then not desirable areas of New York City.

A couple lucky attendees, who participated in our business card drop, won a free 6-month membership with Property Shark ($500 value) and a free extended legal consultation with our attorneys ($600 value).

Following the workshop, a dynamic networking social commenced that included drinks, delicious cupcakes from our sponsor, Butter Lane, flavored water from Hint Water and plenty of pizza. The evening proved to be informational, productive, entertaining, and made for a very happy crowd!
