International Legal Events | Protecting Your Brand Globally | Amsterdam, Netherlands

During the week of September 30th, the PN Law team traveled to the Netherlands to host a series of legal events that brought together entrepreneurs, small business, and startup owners to learn how to best protect their brand globally, how to enter the US market, and how to maximize their organic growth.

We joined forces with our partner Amsterdam based attorney, Lisette Varossieau and held these workshops and 1-on-1 legal consultation sessions at Amsterdam’s top WeWork locations: Weteringschans, Strawinskylaan, and Weesperstraat.

Through a series of interactive talks, the workshops explored a broad variety of matters such as: protecting your business, intellectual property breakdown, trademark vs. copyright in the U.S. & the Netherlands, and entering the U.S. market. We had entrepreneurs that traveled as far as two hours north from Amsterdam to have the opportunity to learn from our team and further engage with the WeWork community. Following the presentation and energetic Q&A session, attendees mingled over food & drinks.

In addition to our evening workshop event and networking social, PN Partner Taso and Lisette sat down to give curated advice and personalized attention to each of the WeWork members that reserved a 20 minute consultation. This was certainly our most popular legal event as we had over 40 rsvps before our team even stepped foot onto the Netherlands.
