
Federico Rebecchi is a transactional lawyer with expertise in ECVC and intellectual property. Federico advises investors and emerging companies throughout their corporate lifecycle, assisting them with all aspects of fundraising, M&A transactions, and corporate governance. He has also negotiated and led many music transactions and licensing agreements.
Federico has closed cross-border deals in multiple jurisdictions, with a focus on Europe. His clients include music, entertainment, technology, wellness, and hospitality companies, as well as investors and artists.
He is driven by the mission of helping his clients succeed and grow, and by the vision of creating a more diverse, inclusive, and sustainable ecosystem. When not practicing law, you can find him playing soccer in NYC’s parks, his favorite is Brooklyn Bridge Park.
Federico completed an LLM at Cardozo School of Law and is admitted to practice in Spain. He plans to sit for the New York Bar Examination in February 2026.
