Stephanie Weissenburger


Stephanie Weissenburger focuses her practice on intellectual property, advising clients on everything from trademark and copyright acquisition to IP portfolio management and litigation. She also advises clients on commercial, sports, and entertainment-related contracts and negotiations. 

After graduating from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport and Entertainment Management, Stephanie earned her J.D. from New York Law School where she served as the Vice President of the Sports Law Society. While at NYLS, Stephanie joined the Mediation Clinic where she utilized her dispute resolution skills by conducting mediations in New York Small Claims Court. Stephanie also competed in the Tulane Football Negotiation Competition and Fordham Basketball Negotiation Competition, and was affiliated with the Innovation Center for Law and Technology.

Prior to joining Pardalis & Nohavicka, LLP, Stephanie practiced in the New York City office of a reputable Los Angeles-based law firm. While there, she took on pivotal roles in civil and criminal defense matters, including a role as a member of the trial team for a complex money laundering and mail fraud case in Utah federal court. Stephanie has experience litigating matters involving breach of contract, defamation, civil rights, labor and employment, serious personal injury, wrongful death, criminal defense, and class actions.  

Stephanie has extensive professional experience in the sports, hospitality, and legal industries. She has worked for the Baltimore Orioles, Monumental Sports & Entertainment, the Washington Capitals, and the coveted Masters Golf Tournament as well as an entertainment agency, and a sports and real estate law firm.

Stephanie uses her unique background and attention to detail to counsel clients and zealously advocate on their behalf.
