PN Firm Update - Maritime Law

P&N, is currently litigating a matter on the Admiralty side of the Federal Court, representing cargo in an overseas freight forwarding dispute, (with a splash of Civil RICO Defense), in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. The P&N firm handles all aspects of maritime law, including marine contract, demurrage (unladen cargo storage)/detention (container) claims, salvage, collision, and any matters that surface from seaborne commerce.
